He was transferred from Diphu BTC to Dudhnoi in the year 2000.
He was the member of Selection Committee, Member of Planning Board, Member of Welfare Board, Permanent Member of D.P.E.P and S.S.A of Goalpara Sub-Division) ( He had been conferred 2(two) Awards—1st , The Life Time Achievement National Award, Gold Medal conferred on 20th September 2010 by the Indian Solitary Council (ISC), New Delhi.
2nd for outstanding carrier achievement in Education, he had received the Rashtriya Vidya Saraswati Puraskar, conferred on 20th September 2010)]
